A 6-hour Drop-in Package: ideal for anxious pups and needy cats. Includes a 30m walk for dogs.

Our most popular package! 🌟 A 12-pack bundle for Floofs who see us a little more often. Great for regular Walks or Drop-ins during long workdays, or keeping a consistent routine throughout the month. Visits can be used anytime within 30 days of purchase.

For our most frequent visitors! This 18-pack bundle is perfect for Floofs who need regular care throughout the week. The bundle discount even includes one free Drop-in or Walk. Visits can be used anytime within 30 days of purchase.
Additional Fees
Need more than just the standard rate? Find our add-on services below–

OVERNIGHTS – $12/dog
DROP-INS – $12/first dog, $8 for every dog after
WALKS – $12/first dog, $15 for every dog after

$6 per additional cat

OVERNIGHTS – $8 per additional hour
DROP-INS – $8/hour, $6 for +30mins
WALK – $10 per additional 15 mins

If your home is >10mi from Barkin’ Springs (aka Barton’s Springs land ‘o’ doggos), we will include an additional $10 per night or visit as well as an additional $5 for every 5 miles after.

We love puppies! An additional $15 fee will be applied for puppies between 2-6 months and $10 for 6-9 months old.

There will be a 20% fee for services provided on the following holidays:
New Years Day | Memorial Day Weekend (Fri-Mon) | July 4th | Labor Day Weekend (Fri-Mon) | Thanksgiving (Weds-Fri) | Christmas Eve to New Years Eve (12/24-12/31)

Applied to walks taking place between 12-5pm on days exceeding 95°F
Our Policies
Practices and protocols we enforce to ensure fair and safe practices between our sitters and clients

Payment for Drop-ins and Walks are due prior to service beginning. A 5% late fee will be applied every 4 days an invoice is overdue.

Payment for Overnight services are due 1 week prior to the start date of service to finalize booking. If cancellation occurs:
>7 days prior | 100% refund
3-7 days prior | 50% refund
<3 days prior | no refund
Payment for Drop-ins and Walks are due 1 day before service begins. If cancellation occurs:
>24 hours prior | 100% refund
12-24 hours prior | 50% refund
<12 hours prior | no reund

New Clients:
Overnight & Daytripper requests made with < 5 days notice will incur a 20% fee to the total invoice.
Drop-ins & Walks requested with < 3 days notice will incur a $5 fee for 30 mins or less and a $10 fee for >30 mins.
Existing Clients:
Overnight & Daytripper requests made with < 3 days notice will incur a 20% fee to the total invoice.
Drop-ins & Walks requested with < 24 hours notice will incur a $5 fee for 30 mins or less and a $10 fee for >30 mins.

Clients must disclose all security cameras (outdoors and indoors) to sitter and on Intake form prior to service beginning. Failure to do so can result in immediate termination of service.

We withhold the right to cancel a service should the sitter be made to feel uncomfortable, unsafe and/or are put in harm’s way. If a client is acting/speaking in a way that’s perceived as threatening or harassment, Floof Club reserves the right to immediately remove the sitter from the home without prior notice.
